Cancellation, Exchange, Refund Policy

1. Please note that exchanges and refunds are not possible unless the product is severely damaged or defective.
(If a serious problem occurs during delivery, we will resolve it after checking with the delivery driver.)

2. Exchange requests or refusals due to customer change of mind are not possible.

3. If a problem occurs due to a payment system error, please contact us individually.

5.  Refund will be made via the original payment method used within 7 working days.

Delivery Policy
